2.1 By accessing the aaopen Platform, registering an Account, or using any service offered through aaopen.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with aaopen's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the aaopen Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting aaopen support.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aaopen with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
2.4 aaopen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 15 for the amendment procedure.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the aaopen Platform. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this requirement.
3.2 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not use the aaopen Platform.
3.3 Geographic Restrictions. The aaopen Platform is operated for the Philippine market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. aaopen makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling or who have been excluded by order of any regulatory authority are prohibited from registering or using the aaopen Platform. aaopen maintains a self-exclusion registry and cooperates with PAGCOR exclusion programs.
3.5 aaopen reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by aaopen will result in account suspension pending verification.
4.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your aaopen Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as aaopen may require from time to time. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on the aaopen Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — including Accounts registered under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. aaopen may close all Accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any balances therein upon discovering a violation of this provision.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. aaopen will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify aaopen immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC). aaopen may require you to complete identity and age verification at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification (PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport, UMID, or equivalent) and any additional documentation requested. aaopen may suspend Account activity pending completion of verification.
4.5 Account Updates. You must keep your registration information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number or other key details must be submitted to aaopen support with appropriate supporting documentation before the change takes effect.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aaopen accepts deposits and withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as available. Accepted payment methods are subject to change. Cash-in options including 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier are available for deposits.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the aaopen payment page and are subject to change. As a general guideline, the minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions.
5.3 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, and game stakes on aaopen are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). aaopen does not accept foreign currency deposits and will not be responsible for losses arising from currency conversion by third-party payment providers.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits to the same Account. aaopen may apply additional verification requirements before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding thresholds set by aaopen or by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
5.5 Processing Times. aaopen endeavors to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during business hours. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party payment provider timelines.
5.6 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your aaopen Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. aaopen is required to report suspicious transactions in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws including Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.
5.7 Unclaimed Balances. Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. aaopen will endeavor to contact the Account holder at the registered mobile number prior to applying any dormancy measure.
6.1 Offer-Specific Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free credits, cashback offers, and referral rewards offered by aaopen are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These specific terms take precedence over this general Section 6 to the extent of any inconsistency.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover has been completed. The rollover amount, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry period are stated in the specific offer terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. aaopen actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; using low-risk betting strategies designed primarily to complete rollover requirements rather than normal gameplay; and coordinated bonus exploitation by groups of players. aaopen reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where abuse is detected.
6.4 One Active Bonus. Unless the specific promotion expressly permits otherwise, you may hold only one active bonus at a time on your aaopen Account. Depositing and claiming a second bonus while a first bonus rollover is incomplete may result in the first bonus being voided.
6.5 Withdrawal Before Rollover. If you elect to withdraw from your Account balance before completing an active bonus rollover, the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings accumulated from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
6.6 aaopen reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active rollover commitments already accepted by players shall be honored.
7.1 Game Provider Rules. All games available on the aaopen Platform are supplied by third-party licensed game providers (including but not limited to JILI Gaming, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Asia Gaming). Each game is governed by the rules of the respective provider. In the event of a conflict between a provider's game rules and these Terms, the provider's game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game outcome.
7.2 Certified RNG. All slot games and random-outcome table games on the aaopen Platform use the original, certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by the respective game developer. aaopen does not modify RTP settings, volatility parameters, or game logic. Return-to-player percentages are as published by the relevant provider.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's Account. aaopen shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a malfunction beyond the return of the original stake. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aaopen Platform:
9.1 aaopen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if aaopen has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
9.2 Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, aaopen may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, aaopen reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance, including any winnings derived from prohibited activities.
9.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting aaopen support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after confirmation of your identity. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your last verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC completion.
9.4 Accounts closed as part of a self-exclusion request will not be reopened during the exclusion period regardless of the reason cited. See Section 10 for responsible gaming and self-exclusion terms.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other license or right is granted by implication or otherwise.
11.3 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any material on the aaopen Platform without the express prior written consent of aaopen or the relevant rights holder.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aaopen, its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming value, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
12.2 The aaopen Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aaopen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform or its games.
12.3 aaopen's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits aaopen's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 aaopen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the aaopen Privacy Policy, including the processing of data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent for marketing).

14.1 Internal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with your Account, any game outcome, or any aaopen service, you must first submit the dispute to aaopen's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. aaopen will endeavor to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.2 Escalation. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through aaopen's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or such other regulatory body as has jurisdiction over the relevant gaming activity, in accordance with applicable procedures.
14.3 Limitation Period. All disputes arising from game outcomes must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant game event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be accepted by aaopen, except where the delay was caused by circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
15.1 aaopen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment.
15.2 Your continued use of the aaopen Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
15.3 The version of these Terms currently in force is always accessible at aaopen.vip/terms-conditions. The effective date is displayed in the page header.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14, both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
16.3 Nothing in this Section limits PAGCOR's authority to adjudicate gaming-related disputes in its capacity as the relevant regulatory body.
